Carl Hartman Said: The form looks ok but does not work very well for our organization. (Lancaster Chamber Singers). There needs to be a lot of "de-gendering". In today's world it is no longer politically correct to assume everyone is male even though I understand that legally it's ok to continue to use masculine pronouns for both men and women. The women don't really appreciate it.
