Debbie gave this form a 3 out of 10 on Sat May 7, 2011, 8:39pm Debbie Said: The form gave me the information I needed, however, since some areas did not apply and the data couldn't be deleted, I had to re-type the entire document. It was still worth the cost because of the info provided.
oscar gave this form a 10 out of 10 on Thu July 15, 2010, 3:23pm oscar Said: great form for our church outreach. thanks so much!
Carl Hartman gave this form a 5 out of 10 on Thu July 15, 2010, 9:34am Carl Hartman Said: The form looks ok but does not work very well for our organization. (Lancaster Chamber Singers). There needs to be a lot of "de-gendering". In today's world it is no longer politically correct to assume everyone is male even though I understand that legally it's ok to continue to use masculine pronouns for both men and women. The women don't really appreciate it. See more Non Profit Bylaws Reviews |
